Hello all. As many of you may know I have become a bit of a gym girl over the last few years, and I have set myself a few challenges. Obstacle courses, hikes, the stairs of Mt Coolum, hiking K'gari to Lake McKenzie among the highlights. A couple of weeks ago I even competed in my first ever Cross Fit comp - the Butterfly Effect. Now another great cause. As part of a team of 6 and as part of my gym family, I am doing the 24 hours of Heroes 2026 next Saturday. If you have a few $$ to spare, I would love the support.
