🕰️ Time in the market beats timing the market, every time.

We get asked this a lot. Should we wait for rates to drop? Should we wait for the “right” moment to buy?

🏠 BIG update for NSW First Home Buyers on the 5% Deposit Scheme!

Two key changes just landed:
📍 PRICE CAP CHANGES
Central Coast, Coffs Harbour–Grafton, Mid North Coast and Richmond–Tweed are now classified as regional centres — with an increased price cap of $1,500,000 (up from $800,000). More room to find your first home in these areas!

💰 RETAINED SAVINGS CAP EXPANDED
From 1 July, the max savings you can retain post-settlement under the Scheme is now based on:
✅ 6 months of contractual home loan repayments
PLUS
✅ 6 months of declared living expenses

This means more breathing room for buyers to keep a bigger safety net after settlement.
