👋 Tip 01
Separate business from personal on day one.
One account for the business. One for you. Never mix the two.
Nearly every mess we untangle starts in the same place: one bank account trying to do two jobs. 💳
When your business and personal spending share an account, every report after it becomes a guess. No one can tell, three months later, which coffee was a client meeting and which was a Saturday. And when the numbers are a guess, so is every decision you make off them. 🙅♀️
The fix is almost embarrassingly cheap. Open a second account, run the business through it, and pay yourself a regular amount across to your personal one. That's it.
Do that, and you get to sit with your numbers the way you'd sit with a good book and a coffee: ☕ calm, clear, and able to see what's actually going on.
If that sounds like the opposite of your setup right now, our free finance review will tell you honestly where things stand.
You focus on the business. We handle the finances.
