Are you ready for Payday Super?

From 1 July 2026, employers must pay Superannuation Guarantee (SG) at the same time as wages.

What this means for your business

- Super will need to be processed with each pay run
- Payments may be made more frequently than you are used to
- Payroll systems and processes may need to be adjusted

Early preparation can help you:

- Avoid cash flow surprises
- Ensure payroll systems are set up correctly
- Make the transition smooth for your business

What can you do now?

- Check employee super fund details and USIs are correct
- If using, the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH), save all reports and switch to an alternative as the service will close on 30 June 2026
- Ensure your payroll system is compatible with these new changes
- Consider switching to Payday Super now
