💼 About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our client experience, supporting advisers, managing client workflows, and ensuring every interaction is seamless and meaningful. You’ll need:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in financial services or a similar client-facing role
- Confidence with technology and CRM systems
- A genuine desire to help people achieve their goals

📍 Based in Shepparton, with hybrid flexibility.
📅 Full-time preferred, but we’re open to part-time for the right person.
