Still rushing to lodge your personal tax return by 31 October? 🤔

If you're eligible to lodge through a registered tax agent (like us 🙋🏽), you have until 15 May next year.

You'll also have the confidence of knowing your return has been prepared by experienced professionals who understand the rules - and the deductions you may be entitled to.

One EOFY strategy small business owners often overlook?
📈 Things like insurance, subscriptions, loan interest and professional memberships may be deductible when prepaid.
📆 In some cases, you can bring up to 12 months of deductions forward.
👉🏼 The key is making sure it’s done before 30 June.

⚠️Yesterday, SMSF investors were told borrowing was dead.
Today, the draft bill tells a different story.

While the legislation isn’t final yet, the proposed changes suggest existing residential contracts may still proceed using borrowed funds, and commercial property borrowing remains on the table.

Just a reminder: headlines don't always tell the full story, and now more than ever is a good time to get advice from a professional!

While your tax return can be lodged later, some strategies only count if they’re actioned before 30 June.
