You’re paying staff.

One year ago I hit record on a podcast I wasn't even sure anyone would listen to.

I just wanted to talk about the stuff I was seeing every day in my business. The patterns. The light bulb moments with clients. The fact that so many business owners were feeling the exact same things but nobody was really saying it out loud.

52 episodes later, here we are.

People have messaged me saying they finally looked at their numbers. That they set up their profit accounts. That they had a real conversation with their accountant for the first time. Some of you have told me you listen on your Monday morning walk or in the car on the way to work.

That is the stuff that keeps me showing up.

This podcast started as an experiment and turned into something I am genuinely proud of. It has pushed me to be more honest, more vulnerable, and more intentional with the way I show up for you.
