‼️Big changes are coming for employers from 1 July 2026.

Under the new Payday Super rules, superannuation contributions will need to be paid at the same time as employees are paid, rather than being paid quarterly.

👉Here are some tips to help you get prepared:

📌Review your current payroll software and ensure it can support more frequent super payments.

📌Assess the cash flow impact of paying super with each pay cycle instead of quarterly.

📌Confirm employee super fund details are accurate and up to date.

📌Speak with your accountant or advisor about preparing for the transition.

📢A reminder for employers!
March Quarter Super Guarantee contributions for eligible workers need to be paid by the 28th of April.
👉 Payments will need to be made early enough to meet this deadline and to allow for processing times.
👉 Payments must reach your employee’s super fund by this date to be considered paid on time.
