I spent $3.50 on it. ROI is questionable.

GRATEFUL FOR WHAT WE HAVE 🌏

During Anti Poverty Week, we take a moment to appreciate the privileges many of us often take for granted. A home to call our own, access to resources and the security to plan for the future are not universal.

As professionals helping people navigate their financial journeys, we are grateful to play a part in helping others achieve stability and security.

Today is a reminder to use our gratitude to inspire kindness, support and understanding in our communities.

Today we focus on mental health in humanitarian emergencies - reminding us that crises affect 1 in 5 people with distress or conditions like anxiety and PTSD. Access to care saves lives and helps communities rebuild stronger.

Prioritise conversations, self care, and support for those around you. Small acts like checking in or sharing resources build resilience for everyone.

For several years, buying property often felt like a race.
In many markets, that urgency has eased.
Homes are taking longer to sell.
Buyers have more choice.
There may be more room to negotiate.

That extra time can be valuable.

It gives buyers the opportunity to compare properties, investigate more carefully, understand the finance and decide what they are genuinely comfortable paying.

Our latest article explores how to use a slower market to make a more considered property decision.
