As part of our wellbeing initiatives this year, we put together these little packs for our team full of goodies.

Thankyou to Ben at QBD Wollongong for helping us with a great selection of inspirational books, the Good Habits planners, beautiful handmade bookmarks and those gorgeous tote bags.

We also included a yummy chocolate freckle from the Junee Licorice Factory, Bosistos Stress Roll on essential oil, Lula Eye Masks and Magnesium Spray, assorted T2 tea, and a neck and shoulder heat pack from K Mart.

July been a challenging month for us as we transition to a new software system. Jason has well and truly earned the Team Super Star title for July having been a source of invaluable assistance behind the scenes getting things set up and helping us learn the new processes. We really appreciate your patience and perseverance!

Bit of a trend setting in here - Kylie was our Team Super Star for June - having won this time last year as well! Kylie's tax planning work is exceptional and this year she really pushed herself to take on additional responsibilities. In addition, Kylie showed client centered initiative following up to ensure clients had made their planned super contributions and paid their minimum pensions. Plus once her own work was all sorted, she pitched in and helped other managers finish off their work before 30 June was over for another year. Well done Kylie - you are a legend!

Are you a short-term PALM scheme worker?

Most short-term PALM scheme workers do not need to lodge a tax return. Here's what you need to know.

You do not need to lodge a tax return if you:

- are a short-term PALM scheme worker (up to 9 months at a time)
- only earn money from one PALM scheme employer
- do not earn money from another job or other sources while you are in Australia.

As a short-term PALM scheme worker:

- your employer takes 15% tax from your pay
- this 15% tax rate does not change while you are in Australia
- if you meet the conditions above, you do not need to lodge a tax return.

If you need help:

- check the lodging a tax return factsheet: https://www.palmscheme.gov.au/resources/lodging-tax-return
- talk to your employer
- call the PALM scheme support line on (1800 51 51 31)
- call the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on (13 28 65)
- visit the ATO website: https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals-and-families/coming-to-australia-or-going-overseas/coming-to-australia/pacific-australia-labour-mobility-scheme

๐Ÿšœ It's National Farm Safety Week 2026

Australian agriculture keeps the country running - and farm safety is what keeps our people running it.

This week, Farmsafe Australia has released the Safer Farms Report 2026, a timely reminder of just how much work is still needed to make our farms safer places to live and work. It's worth a read for anyone in ag - whether you're in the field or managing a team.

At AGDATA, we know good farm management isn't just about efficiency and productivity - it's about looking after the people behind it. So this Farm Safety Week, take a moment to:

โœ… Check in on the safety basics around your property
โœ… Have the conversation with your team, family, or workers
โœ… Read the report and see where the risks really lie
