• 22–23 December – I’ll be available for urgent calls and emails from existing clients.
• 24 December to 9 January – Closed for a holiday break. I’ll probably be reading a new book in a hammock by the lake 🏖️
• 12–30 January – Back to work and full of new plans and ideas, but focusing on existing clients. My calendar will be blocked out during this time.
• From 3 February – Ready to start taking new enquiries again.

The latest Budget brings important changes for employees and people who want to start their own business.

Want to break free from your current job or finally launch that business idea?

Right now, 3 million workers – childcare staff, tradies, hairdressers – are stuck under non-compete clauses. Some get sued for leaving. Others stay put out of fear. Even when these clauses aren’t enforceable, they still stop people from moving on and earning more.

But from 2027, that’s set to change. The Albanese Government has announced a plan to ban unfair non-compete clauses for most workers earning under $175k.

That means more freedom to change jobs and a green light for people ready to start their own business.
