The Fox Group is a Central Coast based Business Accounting Firm. Simply saying you're great accountants is nothing more than a bold claim.

At Fox Group, we walk the talk. And while we're committed to keeping up with the latest tax and superannuation laws and legislation, to be a truly valuable partner for our clients, we believe it takes much more than that. It requires an investment in time to understand your business and your industry. It requires being available and accountable. It means measuring our success against yours. If you're looking for an accounting partner who's more than just a bold claim, then call the team at Fox Group today.

• How long have you been working at the FG?
I’ve been working at FG since January this year, after making the move back home following five years living and working in Sydney.

• What do you love about working at the FG?
I really value the flexibility that FG provides, along with the supportive team environment. The people around me are not only great at what they do, but also genuinely care about their clients, which is something I really admire and align with.

• What do you enjoy outside of work?
I love being outdoors whenever I can, whether it’s playing sport, going for walks, or just making the most of fresh air. It’s even better when I get to do it with mates.

• How long have you been working at The Fox Group?
July 2016- Seems like yesterday. One of the best decisions I have made in my life.

• What do you love about working at The Fox Group?
Teamwork & collaboration. Being surrounded by a team of amazing humans who are talented and committed to getting clients a great result is energising. It’s amazing what can be achieved when ego’s are parked and all energies are directed to solving a challenge. The way we collaborate as a team & with other professionals to solve client problems is something I am very proud of.

• What do you enjoy outside of work?
I play Reserve Grade AFL for the Killarney Vale Bombers, I am a long suffering Parramatta Eels season ticket holder, and I love sharing a good dad joke with my 15yr old twins. I own far more guitars than my limited ability can justify.

A quick boardroom catch up with the team 👥
Sharing ideas, talking through client strategies and working together to find the best solutions. It is these conversations that help turn good work into great outcomes 💡

I have been working at FG since July 2023

• What do you love about working at the FG?
I love working at FG because it feels like one big family. It truly feels like one big supportive team. Everyone is open, friendly, and approachable and there is always someone willing to lend a hand. It’s honestly the best company I’ve ever worked for.

• What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family - going to the shops to eat or play games. I also enjoy watching movies, travelling, hanging out with friends and having some quiet “me time”.

MEET THE FOX GROUP TEAM ✨ Mykaela

• How long have you been working at The Fox Group?
I’ve been in the accounting industry for 14 years and found my home at The Fox Group 8 years ago. Over time, I’ve been drawn to the behind-the-scenes work, reviewing data, improving systems, and finding smarter ways to get things done, which naturally shaped the path I’m on today.

• What do you love about working at The Fox Group?
I love the people, the culture, and the genuine flexibility that makes balancing work and family life feel easy. It’s rare to find a workplace that truly supports both your career and your life outside of it, but The Fox Group really does.

• What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. Our two little girls keep things loud, fun, and full of energy. My husband and I both love creating and building, whether it’s a DIY project or making our home feel a little more ‘us’. Life is busy, a bit chaotic and always moving, but I wouldn’t change a thing.
