Caatz Management Rights Accountants

What a night at the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association - ARAMA TOP Awards.

Caatz was named a Top 5 finalist for THE Service Provider of the Year – People's Choice, which is voted on by the industry. To everyone who voted for us — thank you. We really appreciate the support, and we appreciate what it says about the backing for North Queensland businesses.

The highlight was seeing our clients Aidan and Alex from the Lazy Lizard Motor Inn in Port Douglas win Resident Manager of the Year – Short Stay. A very well deserved win, and we couldn't be happier for you both. Congratulations.

Thank you to ARAMA for a fabulous night. Great company, plenty of laughs, and lovely to catch up with so many of you in person.

We've been named a finalist, and we're still quietly overwhelmed by it. 🎉

Caatz Management Rights Accountants is a finalist for Service Provider of the Year in THE People's Choice Awards at the 2026 ARAMA TOP Awards.

To the person who nominated us: you know who you are, and we can't thank you enough. That you thought of us, and took the trouble to do it, means more than the nomination itself.

Congratulations to all the People's Choice finalists. You're our partners — together we're a community supporting the management rights industry, and we genuinely enjoy working with all of you.

Management rights is more than a client base to us. It's the industry we've built our entire practice around, and one we care deeply about. And to every resident manager and owner who has trusted us with your books — thank you. We're grateful to work with you.

Winners are announced on Friday 18 September at The Star Brisbane, and we'd love to see you there. It's always a wonderful night for the industry — grab a ticket or book a table and come celebrate with us:
