In celebrating our 10 year company anniversary, we thought we would reintroduce Craig & Emily van Heerden - the couple at the heart of VHD Studio.

Craig founded the business, with a vision to create innovative, responsive building designs. His natural ability to sketch & design, incredible knowledge of building codes & compliance, along with his knack of building solid client relationships, has remained the consistent cornerstone of continued company growth.

Since Emily started working in the business 5 years ago, the company has grown from three to nine employees, expanded with offices in Toowoomba & Brisbane, implemented a Quality Management System, and overhauled marketing strategies including the implementation of a new website.

Their 'WHY'? Their blended family is what drives them to succeed. 🤍

Our Student Designers, Kaden and Sam, attended Toowoomba Grammar School Beyond the Blue and Gold Careers Expo. They had a great morning talking to the boys about a potential career in Building Design.
