We are hiring!
We are pleased to offer a casual Receptionist position 20Hrs per week, Monday to Friday between the hours 11:am to 3:00pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meeting, greeting & liaising with Clients
Answering phone calls
Booking appointments
Ingoing & outgoing mail
Post office and banking duties
Data entry
Faxing/scanning/document management
Organising and filing paperwork
Other aspects of business administration/reception
Skills & Qualities we are looking for:
Telephone skills
Computer literacy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs & Outlook
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional time management/prioritising skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Reliable
Honest
Polite & friendly manner
Professional appearance

Work independently but also be a team player
