10. Main objective of this Organization:
a) Creation of awareness about the importance of education among the villagers and elimination of illiteracy by organizing literacy program. b) Develop human resource by organizing training, seminar, workshop and campaign. c) Creation of employment opportunities and creation of facilities for women employment by the side of men. d) Creation of health facilities for preventive and curative health care, family planning, mother and child care, water and sanitation, and provide information about the health service facilities available from Govt. and other sources. e) Promotion of appropriate technology and inputs in agriculture among the farmers. f) Promotion of marketing facilities for appropriate price for agriculture products. g) Provide credit facilities to the group members for taking up entrepreneurial activities. h) Formation of groups among the target families and creation of capital by individual’s savings. i) Provide legal aids to the destitute, oppressed, landless and socially embarrassed and victim families. j) Creation of opportunities for protection of the environment. k) Provide opportunities for development for the handicapped. l) Taking up relief and rehabilitation activities during natural disaster.

20. Functional Arrangement
Funds for HOPE are generated through subscription from local income, grant, Donation from individual or institution, loan etc. All funds are kept and operated through bank A/C, maintain proper accounting and Audited by Govt. approved Chartered Accountant Firms and reported to HOPE General Committee and the Government/Agency. Conclusion
HOPE extends its activities on the basis of needs and demands of the people if funds are available. HOPE gives priority to rural development. Self – reliance of the poor self help, human resource development, Health care, Agriculture, A forestation, Woman development, Income generating activities, Market promotion and cultural development activities.
