"CBS Advisory" is Hiring: Full-Time Accounting Associate (On-Site)

Location: CBS Advisory – Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Type: Full-Time | On-Site (6 days a week)
Salary Range: BDT 18,000 – 22,000/month with festival bonus
Salary Review: After 6 months of joining, based on performance

About the Role
CBS Advisory is expanding! We're looking for a motivated Accounting Associate to join our on-site team in Dhaka. This role is ideal for someone passionate about accounting and eager to grow in a dynamic firm serving both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Record daily transactions and maintain general ledgers
• Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Help prepare financial reports and documentation
• Support VAT, TDS, and payroll processes
• Learn and work with tools like QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English
• Prior experience with accounting software is a plus — but not mandatory. We will train you!
