Ashraful Haque & Co Chartered Accountants was registered as sole proprietorship firm in 1983 to do practice. Ashraful Haque qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1970. Thereafter he joined M/s A.F Ferguson &

Co, Chartered Accountants in 1970 .He also served as Chief Accountant of ICI Group of Companies in Bangladesh. From 19 August, 2007 the firm has been converted into partnership under the name and style Ashraful Haque Nabi & Co. by taking a new partner, Mr Shahidun Nabi. After that in October 2018 Minhaz Shahid FCA has joined the firm as a partner from 1st November 2018. She has a vast experience in the field of Telecom NGO. She served as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in Muslim aid Bangladesh field Office & United insurance company before joining the firm. Vision Statement:
