Valued Customers - we wish to provide the following updates:
1. The constitution upload has been removed from the annual return filing service. You can now file your annual return without being required to upload a constitution at the same time.
2. March annual returns have been extended to 30th April 2025 without penalty. Kindly ignore the message on the filing banner which gives 10th April as the deadline. We do however encourage filing well before the deadline.
3. The deadline for submission of constitutions is 20th March 2026. The filing fee for constitutions is P500. This is a once-off requirement, there is no requirement to submit a constitution every year.
4. For clients who have registered Business Names, there is no requirement to submit a constitution.
5. Submission of constitution when registering a new company is free of charge. The registration fee for a new company remains P380.
6. A template for constitutions has been provided on the C**A website under Quick Links/Forms and Downloads.
