Responsibilities:
• Conduct office administration and prepare financial documents.
• Assist senior accountants with their tasks and liaise with tax and company registration authorities.
• Communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Public speaking skills are a bonus and can lead to opportunities to develop as a trainer.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Results-oriented with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Hands-on experience with accounting packages like QuickBooks and Pastel would be ideal.
• Good computer skills and ability to communicate electronically.
• Understanding of accounting, taxation, and company secretarial duties would be great.
• Strong communication and organizational skills a must.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn a necessity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions methodically.
• A driver’s license is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
• Intermediate level ACCA/CIMA/BiCA qualification.
• OR Qualified AAT with 2-3 years of work experience.
