Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Answering the phone in a professional manner
Responding to email inquiries
Sending out tax returns and invoices

Maintaining a welcoming reception area

Do you hold property for someone else? For instance, are you on title for your child's property? Did you buy a house for your aging parents? Do you own a rental property through a corporation but have a personal mortgage on the property? All of these are examples of Bare Trusts. The CRA has just changed the rules on these and you now need to file a T3 return by March 31, 2023 for these arrangements. If you don't file the T3 return you can be subject to a minimum of a $2,500 fine.
