On May 20th, we had the pleasure of hosting our Student Reception Networking Event at the Calgary Winter Club — an evening dedicated to inspiring the next generation of accounting professionals.

New students connected with our experienced team over great food and drinks, gaining valuable insight into the accounting industry, career pathways, and what it truly means to build a rewarding career in this field. The conversations were candid, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the passion in the room was undeniable.

RRSP reminder you’ll thank yourself for later.

If you want your contribution to count toward your 2025 tax return, the deadline is March 2, 2026.

That includes:
✔ Contributions made during 2025
✔ Contributions made in the first 60 days of 2026

A few things people don’t always realize:
• Payroll RRSP contributions count
• You can make a lump sum contribution anytime
• You don’t have to claim the deduction the same year you contribute
• Contribution room matters

Strong income year? Bonus? Commission spike?
This is where proactive planning beats last-minute scrambling.
