Hindsight is the first part of the HOFI governance framework: Hindsight, Oversight, Foresight, and Insight—a storytelling framework shared by Ozone Advisory and Darren Rawson. Building on that, we discussed that rather than looking back to find blame, the retreat focused on gathering "institutional memory".
