Earlier this year, I shared a post about my experience running sponsorship and corporate events at CIBC Wood Gundy in my mid-20s — including the opportunity to tour with Michael Bublé during one incredible chapter of my career.

Another unforgettable experience during those years was coordinating and hosting four events featuring Bill Clinton. Although he was no longer president at the time, having the opportunity to hear him speak, meet with him personally, and introduce clients and advisors to him was truly remarkable.

No matter your political views, his ability to connect with people, communicate ideas, and command a room was exceptional. It was an experience that left a lasting impression on me both personally and professionally.

Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities, mentors, and experiences that helped shape my journey and contributed to the career and business I continue to build today.

Sometimes we don’t realize in the moment, how much certain experiences will impact our confidence, perspective, and future path — but years later, you can clearly see how each chapter helped shape who you become.

Research from independent asset managers continues to highlight something remarkable: women investors often achieve stronger long-term results than men.

A couple of days late, but I still wanted to wish all the incredible moms out there a very Happy Mother’s Day! ❤️

To the moms raising children, the grandmas guiding generations, the moms of fur babies, and the women who nurture and support others every day — I hope you felt celebrated and loved this past weekend.

As a single mom, building a business and career while raising my daughter has taught me that success isn’t only measured by professional accomplishments. True success is also about being present, creating balance, showing up for the moments that matter, and staying connected to the people and values that ground us.

I’m incredibly grateful to have an amazing mom who has been a mentor, role model, and constant source of encouragement throughout my life. Watching her has shaped the kind of mother, woman, and professional I strive to be.

Being involved in my community, my church, and making meaningful time for my daughter will always be priorities in my life. At the end of the day, those relationships and moments are what matter most.

Feeling especially grateful this Mother’s Day for the three generations captured in this photo.

Hope everyone had a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, laughter, and time with the people who matter most.

PS. Yes, I am wearing extremely high heels in this photo, as my pants were way too long! My sweet mother is not shrinking! : )
