Apologies to all my clients but the office will be closed until August 3rd, 2026 due to personal health matters. HST will be sent out on time by Tax Dome or email. Thank you for your patience and privacy. please feel free to email any concerns or leave a voicemail.

Payroll services will not be affected.

The office is currently closed due to a family bereavement. Office will reopen on March 23rd, 2026.

Emails will continue to be monitored. Responses may take up to 48 hours and will be provided during regular office hours upon our return.

Phone calls will not be answered at this time; however, you are welcome to leave a voicemail with any updates or information you wish to share with the office.

Paperwork can continue to be dropped off in the Dropbox at the office. Tax Dome (client portal) is available for uploading paperwork and preparation of your taxes.

Managing your CRA account just got easier!

Our new self-service option may allow users to regain access to their account without needing to call. https://ow.ly/Pn6F50Yfahl

If you’ve forgotten your sign-in information or the answers to your security questions, you can simply register online for a new credential.

Just make sure you have your multi-factor authentication information and a recent tax return handy. These will help you get your new credential.

If anyone has received multiple emails, it may be because your email is associated with your spouse, children or even a dependent you are taking care of your taxes.

Tax Dome sends out the following emails:
📌Welcome to Tax Dome
📌Activate your account
📌Tax organizers: 1 for choosing your package, 1 for updating your file.
📌Emails to let you know the progress of your file.

If you are unsure why you have so many emails please reach out by email or call the office 613 209 4060.

If you don't wish to use Tax Dome to submit your tax file please just delete the emails after you read them. You can treat them like notifications of the progress.

I still accept the traditional in person, drop offs and pick ups.
