This 2 pager below shows the main reason why people were afraid to invest that year.
Yet over the 50 years 10k would now be over 1.3 mill.
There will never be the perfect economy to choose when to invest, but over time companies values tend to go up giving you significant growth if you are investing well.

It has been a year since the (FHSA) First Home Savings Account has been around.
This program is amazing. Your contributions to it are tax deductible from your income. If you are not using it to fund your first home purchase you are leaving money on the table.

An FHSA is a type of registered plan, which means you can hold investments in it to help you reach your goal of owning a home faster.
