Hi, all my income tax folks! The summer is going to be here really soon. I, like everyone else would like to enjoy some of the nice weather when it comes. I would like to limit my office hours to three days a week. I’m thinking Tuesday Wednesday Thursday so I could have a long weekend every week. Our plan is to travel for a week or so at the end of August, but for the rest of the summer, we will be around the area. What I’d like to know is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the best days for my clients who needs to see me? Please leave me a note to give me an idea of what I should do. Thanks for your support in the past and the future.

Hi everyone. I apologize for not getting to all the messages folks are leaving on my phone. I have been so busy with returns there is no time to answer the calls. At this point I fear I won’t be able to meet the deadline for those who are not already in the pile. That being said if you still want me to do your tax work, i am accepting files 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and i will get them done in the order they come in. Some will not make the deadline of the 30 th but I feel they won’t be more than a week passed the end of the month. I know some tax preparers have retired this year and i am trying to accommodate as best I can. 💕💕

With a heavy heart i need to tell all my tax friends that my Customer Service Rep,Kaito, crossed the rainbow bridge today. I am closed for the rest of the day but as he would want, i will reopen tomorrow morning. I will soldier on without his support and happy tail wags. Remember him for his loving vibe.

Hi to all my tax clients. Itvs starting to fill up for the next two weeks so not to disappoint anyone, I have a proposal. If you are a returning client, please drop off your slips and receipts any time between 830 am and 730 pm. I will get the returns prepared and call you when ready. We will need about 15 minutes to complete when we meet. For new clients please make an appointment for intake. I want to satisfy as many as possible between now and April 30 th. I will place a basket inside the front door to accept your info slips. Thank you. I am looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Wow! Already 2nd week of March. I still have lots of appointment times open for the next few weeks. April will be busy as it is booking already. If you are a returning client, you can drop off your slips anytime and i will call you when done. I have added one early evening appointment per day to the schedule for those who can’t come during office hours. Also I am available Saturday morning by appointment. Hope you are safe and well. Here it is almost Christmas time and I can’t believe how busy 2025 has been. I would like to thank all of my clients(friends) for another successful year. Moving the office home was probably the best decision of my business life. I love Eastern Passage and enjoy meeting more of my fellow residents. Jim and I wish you all a safe and happy holiday season. My office will be officially closed from Dec 20 to Jan 2 but you can always contact me by phone if need be. Because of illness in our immediate family we have decided not to go away in January so i will be available after the new year without a break. See you all in the new year and have a peaceful holiday season. 💕💕

Hello TaxLady followers and clients. Jim and I have to make a quick trip to Ottawa from July 25 to 29. Jims youngest brother is very ill and not expected to live past the summer. I know you will all understand. We have someone staying here to look after Kaito but she will not be able to help with tax problems. Please feel free to contact me once we return. Thanks.
