I want to share something I've been working on
— and be completely transparent about what it
is and what it isn't.
Using AI tools over the past little while I've
built out a full concept for a resort-lifestyle
acreage community in Parkland County, Alberta.
I'm calling it The Estates at Parkland.
The concept includes 143 acres, 49 estate homes
on 2.5-acre lots, a man-made lake with a sand
beach that converts to an outdoor skating rink
in winter, a clubhouse with golf simulators,
fire pits, BBQ pavilions, a resort pool — and
the entire community powered off-grid through
a solar micro-grid system.
AI helped me build everything you're seeing —
the financial projections, the investor deck,
the architectural concept renderings, the
community vision. Tools that used to take months
and cost tens of thousands in professional fees.
Here's what I want to be upfront about:

this concept are conceptual and AI-generated
for illustrative purposes only. They are not
actual numbers, not audited figures, and not
a solicitation or offering of any kind. They
are meant to illustrate the potential shape
of an opportunity that I genuinely believe
exists in this market.
This is a concept I am actively working on.
The land is real. The market demand is real.
But no commitments have been made and no
project has been officially launched.
I'm sharing this for two reasons.
First — to show what AI can do for your
