Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at the 25th Edition Women in Leadership Conference in Edmonton - hosted by FCI-CWI - Career Women Interaction.

Surrounded by so many incredible women leaders, the energy in the room was something special — a reminder of what’s possible when we come together to learn, share, and grow.

I spoke about adaptive leadership — and more importantly, what it really looks like in practice.

Because the reality is…
most challenges we face today aren’t due to a lack of expertise.
They’re happening because we’re trying to solve complex problems alone.

One of the most powerful shifts we can make as leaders is this:
➡️ Moving from being the expert… to being the one who builds the room.

The leader who asks:
Who else needs to be here?
What perspective are we missing?

Because some of the most meaningful breakthroughs don’t come from doing more —
they come from expanding how we lead.

To every woman in that room (and beyond) who feels the weight of carrying it all —
you don’t have to.
And you were never meant to.

🤍 Leadership isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about being willing to look beyond yourself to find them.

So grateful to have been part of such an inspiring day of connection, growth, and authentic leadership.
