The Emergency Care Benefit and the Emergency Support Benefit have been merged into the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB). The CERB has also been better integrated with Employment Insurance to allow workers to apply for benefits through a single window.

My son built me a new computer... And SHAW decided to break the internet! Might as well go to bed... They say they will be here between 8 and 10 am to fix it and my fax line! So my apologies to my clients, I will be incommunicado until they get me up and running again!

CRA Service Interruptions

Please note that the CRA informed us that their mainframe is experiencing issues and is currently unavailable. As a result, all users are getting a technical difficulty message when trying to access the EFILE services.

The issue has been identified by the CRA, and their estimated time for restoration is between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. EST.

We will advise you once services have been restored.

Tax time is upon us! Send us a message to book an appointment! A word of caution... Most people don't receive all their slips until mid March!

Our office hours are 10 to 4 Monday to Thursday, and by appointment only Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to seeing you!

Tax time again! By now, most of the slips should have been sent out by banks, RRSP carriers, and employers! Send us an email to get your tax return done, or give us a call!

Most RRSP carriers and banks get their forms out by mid-March, so make sure you watch for those!!

Due to a seriously bad case of strep throat, our offices will be closed until Friday. To compensate we will be taking appointments on Saturday until the end of April.
