-Dog walks
-Recreational sports (with a strong emphasis on the recreational)
-Spending time with family and friends, preferably near, on, or in the water

The simple things are the best 🤍. Whether it's a walk with my dogs, a game that's more about the laughs than the score, or a summer afternoon spent by the water with the people I love, these are the moments that help me recharge.
