That’s a wrap!
Our station had 3 stages:
1). Throw the bean bags as you would normally throw.
2). We create a restriction by putting your preferred arm in a sling. Repeat the throws using your non-dominant hand.
3). We accommodate. We give you the opportunity to throw again.
Everyone saw that with an accommodation, you could participate on a level playing field to how you could play without restrictions.
With accommodation we create inclusion. Everyone can participate. Everyone has fun.
And it was great to create a level playing field…. On Field Day.
