💡 QuickBooks Tip of the Month: Stop losing money at tax time.
Are you properly categorizing your business expenses in QuickBooks? If not, you could be leaving real deductions on the table. Here's a quick fix:
1️⃣ In QuickBooks, go to Expenses → Add New Expense
2️⃣ Assign the correct category (Meals, Travel, Office Supplies, etc.)
3️⃣ Attach the receipt right in the app — no more shoebox filing!
4️⃣ Review your expense categories monthly to keep things consistent
