** NOW HIRING Full-Time Experienced Bookkeeper / Receptionist**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Bookkeeper / Receptionist** to join our team full-time, **Monday to Friday**. This position combines bookkeeping responsibilities with front desk reception duties, making it ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate financial records and general bookkeeping
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Greet customers and visitors professionally
* Schedule appointments and provide general administrative support to office staff
* Maintain an organized filing system and office records

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
* Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Professional, friendly, and dependable
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday in office, this is NOT a remote position

Online filing for 2025 tax returns begins February 23, 2026

šŸŸ„INDIVIDUALS:

For the 2025 tax year (taxes filed in 2026), the deadline for most individuals to file their return and pay any balance owing to the CRA is April 30, 2026.

šŸŸ„SELF EMPLOYED:

For the 2025 tax year (taxes filed in 2026), self-employed individuals in Canada must file their tax return by June 15, 2026, but any balance owing must be paid by April 30, 2026, to avoid interest. If the self-employed person or their spouse has a tax shelter investment, the filing deadline is April 30, 2026.
