🌟 Let’s give it up for Nathalie Richard — strong feminine power at its finest.
When off the clock, Nathalie is a passionate car racer. The constant adrenalin and teamwork involved in her hobby is what keeps her fulfilled, not to mention the challenges she may face given Mother Nature’s sudden changes; her determination and perseverance is what allows her to push through and cross the finish line at a speed of 220 km/hr on gravel roads! Whoa! 😍
“You know, when you did an excellent job, it feels pretty darn good,” Nathalie states, and we could not agree more. Nathalie discovered her love for racing in her early 20s when watching her brother compete. She was instantly inclined to give it a go and has been hooked ever since.
As a result of her rally accomplishments, she holds several North American records and has been inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame. “Although my career and sport are both in male-dominated fields, which I've received many comments about, it is not something that deters me. Instead, I use it to fuel my determination and accomplishments.
It often takes a pretty strong character to be that kind of woman and anyone who knows me well, knows that I have just that. I’m proud that my parents raised me to be strong and confident, to use my voice and fight for what I believe is right”.
✨Nathalie feels fortunate to be able to run her own at PEAK while still having the to do what she loves. “Work hard, play hard” she says is her life motto.

En dehors des heures de travail, Nathalie est une pilote de passionnée. L'adrénaline perpétuelle et le travail d'équipe qu'implique sa passion sont ce qui lui permet de rester épanouie. Sa détermination et sa persévérance lui permettent de se dépasser et de franchir la ligne d'arrivée à une vitesse de 220 km/h sur des routes de gravier! 😍
Nathalie a découvert son amour pour la course début vingtaine, en regardant son frère concourir et est accro depuis ce temps.
Elle détient plusieurs records nord-américains et a été intronisée au Temple de la renommée du sport automobile canadien. « J'ai reçu de nombreux commentaires sur le fait que ma carrière professionnelle et mon occupation sportive sont toutes deux dans des domaines majoritairement masculins. Ce n'est pas quelque chose qui me décourage, mais que j'utilise plutôt pour alimenter ma détermination et mes accomplissements. »
✨Nathalie se considère chanceuse de pouvoir diriger sa propre chez PEAK tout en ayant la de faire ce qu'elle aime. « Travailler dur et s’amuser tout autant » est sa devise de vie.
