Have been an Executor a number of times.. Wish I knew then what I know now...

Back when I was an Executor, the process was usually fairly seamless with the use of insurance protected products offering guarantees & creditor protection, there wasn’t much to probate.

In today’s world unexpected is the norm. Obstacles & challenges are faced even in the easiest of estate plans especially when numerous changes are made and the Will is not revised. At Thom & Associates we believe that one should feel confident about their role as a future Executor. They should know the responsibilities that will be expected of them, the amount of time they will need to allocate to the job, and what they could be personally liable for when an Executor.

With our training as Certified Executor Advisors (CICEA) and Certified Professional Consultants on Aging (CPCA) Thom & Associates are able to walk you through the process.
