Zitel Financials Inc. is a Canadian financial services firm providing bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, financial reporting, and advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and the United States. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support client acquisition.
- Managing social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook), creating and scheduling content, and responding to inquiries or comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Update the website with marketing content and blog posts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives.
- Create engaging graphics, and educational content tailored to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Tracking and analyzing performance using web and social analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations, and staying current with digital marketing and social media trends relevant to financial services.
- Develop and execute lead generation initiatives through organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
- Set up and monitor basic localized Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns to drive inquiries.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing and social media role, preferably in professional services, B2B, or financial services.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, including managing business profiles, content calendars, and engagement strategies across major platforms.
- Experience with Web Analytics, such as Google Analytics or similar tools, to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, brand-consistent copywriting, and the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and design tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial services or willingness to learn quickly about bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services is an asset.
Success in This Role
Success in this role will be measured by increased social media engagement, growth in brand awareness, website traffic, and the generation of qualified leads for the firm.
Employment Type: Part-Time Contract
Schedule: 3 days per week (approximately 15–20 hours)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $22.00/hour
