Effective Monday May 4th, Chip Bookkeeping Services will be opening our door WITH RESTRICTIONS to allow public access once again.
-We are asking for only one person to enter the building at a time. If you see someone inside or the door is locked, please patiently wait until they exit before coming in.
-There will not be any public access to the washroom at this time
-We are not accepting in-person appointments at this time
-We ask that you do not enter the building if you have any symptoms of sickness
-We are not accepting cash at this time

We STRONGLY encourage clients to still use our secure drop box or electronic signature if possible. We will be disinfecting touch points after each visit and supplying each client with their own pen for use.

In an environment where information is changing daily, it’s easy to get confused or receive incorrect information about the benefits applicable to each individual or business in relation to Covid-19.

We are urging individuals in our community to seek appropriate resources and information and to check the CRA websites often!! More information is added every day.

Unfortunately, we are seeing and hearing a multitude of incorrect comments on social media about the government assistance programs. The best source for information.... is right from the horses’ mouth.

Effective Monday, March 23rd, Chip Bookkeeping is now closed to public access. We are still hard at work inside the building though! ❤️ Please utilize our drop-box to the right of the building for your tax papers. If you have a box too big for the drop box, please place it in front of the door and either knock and wave at Jeannie or call us at 306-283-2447 and we will retrieve it immediately.
We now have the ability to do electronic signature and encrypted transfers of data! We will be contacting each client individually to alert you to as how this process will work.
In regards to payment for services, we are accepting e transfer or credit card authorization over the phone.

Due to the precautionary measures being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Chip Bookkeeping Services will cease taking in person tax appointments, effective immediately. The office will still be open to the public to allow drop off of your tax documents and/or pick up and signature.
We are asking that clients utilize our drop box mailbox to the right of our building if possible and to please refrain from visiting us if you have cold/flu symptoms.
We will continue to process tax returns and are encouraging electronic transfer of information and electronic method of payment as well.
