Bring your family and friends and lend a helping hand at the farm! Every little bit makes a difference in supporting food security and helping our community thrive. 

📍 Location: Enter at the back of the Crayola Building, 15 Mary St. W., Lindsay.

🧥 What to wear: Dress warmly in weather and work appropriate clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. Come ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work! 👟💪

🎉 An official welcome to our 2026–2027 Campaign Co-Chairs, The Mabee Family! 🎉

We are thrilled to have the Mabee Family leading our 2026–2027 campaign. Meet our Campaign Co-Chairs:

💙 Jennifer – started her financial planning business in Lindsay 29 years ago and is a Senior Wealth Advisor. She lives in Little Britain and enjoys spending time with her family and travel. Jennifer is passionate about making a difference in our community and is a big supporter of the Arts.

💙 Chris – has been helping clients achieve their financial goals as a Senior Wealth Advisor with Mabee & Associates for 16 years. He enjoys working alongside family members and the team daily. Outside of office hours he enjoys creating music as well as spending time out in nature.

💙 Jaxon – started his career in financial planning 2 years ago as a Wealth Advisor after graduating from Trent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He enjoys golfing and playing guitar. Jaxon is looking forward to being a co-chair for the United Way and enjoys being involved in our community.

💙 Jacey – is a student in her 2nd year medical school at McMaster University on the Niagara campus. She graduated with an undergrad degree in Biology at Trent University and is a volunteer with St John Ambulance. Jacey is an avid runner and enjoys still being involved in the CKL community whenever she can.

💙 Caden – is a first-year student at Trent University taking a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Last year he graduated from the French Immersion program at I.E. Weldon Secondary School. He has performed in many fundraising musicals at the Lindsay Academy Theatre. Caden enjoys all sports especially soccer and music.

💙 Cavan – is in grade 11 at I.E. Weldon Secondary School. He is involved in many extracurricular sports and activities. He also has helped with many fundraising musicals at the Academy Theatre both on and off the stage. Cavan is also a singer/songwriter and performs many gigs throughout the CKL.

We are so excited to have the entire Mabee Family on board and look forward to working together throughout this year's campaign! 🥳

Our family is honoured to step into the role of co-chairs for this year's campaign for United Way Haliburton Kawartha Lakes. Community has always been at the heart of everything we do, and partnering with United Way is a natural extension of those values. United Way supports an incredible network of local agencies, creating a massive, tangible impact where it matters most. Our company IG Wealth Management, proudly aligns itself with United Way's mission across the country, making this opportunity deeply meaningful to both our personal and professional lives.

A sincere thank you to the Mabee Family for a generous $1,500 gift to Kawartha Art Gallery, made even more impactful through IG Wealth Management’s dollar-for-dollar matching program. Together, this support represents a remarkable $3,000 investment in the Gallery and the community it serves.

The Gallery is deeply grateful to the Mabee Family for recognizing the value of arts and culture in Kawartha Lakes and choosing to invest in its future. Appreciation also goes to IG Wealth Management for providing a way to amplify that generosity and extend its impact.
