Good Day.
I have a client who is demolishing his house & building a new house. He is hiring all the trades people himself. I know he is not eligible for the new rebate announced this past week. I have had clients on new home purchases in the past get an GST/HST rebate on new builds. In that situation the builder would apply for the rebate & apply the rebate against the monies due. Since my client is the owner & builder would he qualify?
