Hello everyone.

I wanted to take a moment to update you on my newest adventure and ask for your assistance with it.

After having spent most of my working life in accounting and administration, I’ve decided that it is time for something that has a little more meaning for me. I’ve begun studying to become a Life Coach.

No, it’s not another word for therapy. Life coaching looks to help individuals define goals, identify what’s stopping them from achieving those goals and find ways to make the goals achievable. The course is amazing. I’m looking forward to sharing what I’m learning with others and helping them find new ways to remove the blocks preventing them from achieving their goals.

This is where I ask for your help. I need to complete 20 hours of actual coaching in order to achieve certification. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but there are rules. It needs to be a smaller number of people over the next 6 to 8 weeks with multiple sessions per person. As an example: 4 people for one hour each week for 5 weeks = 20 hours. The idea is to see progress and technique across multiple sessions. There is a contract that will need to be signed. Please be aware that all sessions, including the introductory consultation, will be fully recorded and submitted for evaluation. All meetings will be done by Zoom at this point. (I’ll look at alternatives once I’m accredited.). While I’m still learning, there will be no fees and the course isn’t over until the end of December.

Dědo, jak se dá ztratit život?
Život se dá ztratit mnohými způsoby.
Život ztrácíš, když chceš žít životy druhých a ne svůj.
Ztrácíš ho, když kritizuješ chyby druhých a nezlepšuješ ty svoje.
Ztrácíš ho, když každou chvíli lituješ, že si v něčem selhal a nehledáš řešení jak uspět.
Ztrácíš ho, když trávíš čas závistí druhých a nepracuješ na sobě.
Ztrácíš ho, když se soustředíš jen na negativní věci a přestaneš si užívat ty dobré.
Život se neztrácí, když přestaneš dýchat, ale když přestaneš být šťastný.
