We are looking for AZ Fuel Truck Drivers for full-time work based out of the Cornwall/ Maxville On area just north. These are full-time permanent positions direct hire with the company (Not through an agency).

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

• $33.40 per hour once fully trained, plus premiums.
• $1.50 per hour premium for weekend days (Friday - Sunday).
• $2.50 per hour premium for weeknights (Monday - Thursday).
• $4.00 per hour premium for weekend nights (Friday - Sunday).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AZ certification is required and some previous experience driving liquid or dry bulk.
• Some previous tanker experience.
• 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Proven safety and confidence with city driving.
• Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare for, and pass the Canadian Petroleum Products Institute test.
• Demonstrate a safety-first approach to the role.
• Mechanical inclination an asset.

310T or 310J Truck and Trailer Mechanic- Apprenticeship would also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect Repair and Maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers
Diagnosed and troubleshot issues in engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulic components.
Repair or replace faulty parts, such as tires, brakes, electrical components, and suspension systems.
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle malfunctions.
Analyze and repair vehicle systems, including electrical system.
Conduct routine inspections of trucks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Perform safety inspections and road tests on heavy equipment.
Maintain records of services performed and parts used.
Ensure all work is documented according to company and regulatory standards.
Provide and make recommendations for preventive maintenance and future repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

310T or 310J Certification or Apprenticeship
2-3 year's previous experience.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and offer solutions.
Physical stamina, capable of working in physically demanding conditions, such as lifting heavy parts and working in uncomfortable positions.
Attention to Detail ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Have your own tools to perform work.
AZ license and asset must have a valid G license.

The yard shop is located out of the Cornwall ON area.

Monday to Friday working 4 days per week 10 hours per day or 5 days per week 8 hours per day PM shift 8:00pm start time
