Here are some of the essentials to financial success when it comes to running a tech start-up ⬇️

▪️ Know your burn rate and track your runway (ideally 12 months or more).
▪️Monitor and track principal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive your business (i.e. LTV, Churn, CAC)
▪️Maintain an accurate set of books, and keep them updated promptly.
