📣 We're Hiring: Client Service & Admin Coordinator (1-Year Mat Leave)
Location: Napanee, ON | Schedule: 28 hrs/week | Pay: $20–$26/hr

At FSN, we help clients navigate the world of insurance, investments, and tax with clarity and confidence. We’re seeking a detail-loving, friendly, task-oriented pro to join our team for a 1-year maternity leave contract (with potential for something more).
This role is a mix of client service, administration, and back-office support — ideal for someone who loves checking things off, being part of a small and growing team, and working where details and follow-up matter.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Assist with insurance paperwork (applications, updates, estate settlements, etc.)
Double-check personal tax returns using Cantax
Coordinate tax audits and CRA document reviews
Follow up with clients, insurance companies, MGAs, and investment firms
Keep files, data, and client records organized and up to date
Support general office admin: bill payments, emails, calendar, spreadsheets
🙌 Who You Are
2–3 years of office experience (insurance, financial, or accounting setting = major bonus)
Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, email systems, tax & CRM software
Meticulously organized, self-directed, and great with timelines
Friendly and professional – you're confident talking to clients and partners
Able to keep many tasks moving without letting anything drop
