Proud moment today 🎉 I'm officially serving as Treasurer on the Romanian Board of Trade Toronto's 2026–2028 Board of Directors.
I am attending RBTT's inaugural event this afternoon at the Consulate General of Romania in Toronto, where our new board will be introduced to the community — entrepreneurs, professionals, and members of the Romanian-Canadian network all in one room.
Grateful to be part of this new chapter alongside such a dedicated group, and excited to help grow RBTT's vision for our community 🇷🇴🇨🇦

More revenue doesn’t fix broken structure.
It just gives it more room to exist.

We see this all the time:

Revenue grows, but behind the scenes:

margins are inconsistent
pricing isn’t aligned with costs
cash flow feels tight despite higher sales
and decisions get made without clear numbers
So from the outside, everything looks like it’s working.
