During tax season, volume increases significantly.

Submitting your documents all at once helps us:

✔️ Review your file accurately
✔️ Apply credits and exemptions properly
✔️ Process your return faster
✔️ Avoid amendments later

Due to the high number of returns, following up on missing slips is very difficult for our team. Incomplete submissions may result in delays.

The smoother the package, the smoother the process.

📚 Mobile Library Cart Update

We wanted to share a quick update on the library carts at Oliver M. Smith Kawennío:io Elementary School and it’s already making an impact.

One student who had never read for pleasure has now started reading an entire series.

That’s powerful.

We’re also hearing that students are:
• Asking for specific titles
• Suggesting new books
• Requesting even more to read

When kids begin asking for books, you know something is working.

Access to books matters. And we’re seeing why. 💛
