A well‑established manufacturer in Orillia is expanding its team and looking for dependable Manufacturing Team Members to support production on the afternoon shift. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a fast‑paced environment, this role offers a steady schedule and great weekly pay.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
- $19.00/hr + $1.50/hr afternoon shift premium
- Weekly pay with overtime after 44 hours
- -Consistent full‑time hours with no rotating shifts

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

- Working along an assembly line in various production departments
- Manufacturing components such as cables, parts, and elements
- Feeding metal pieces into large machines to stretch and form cable
- Operating larger industrial equipment
- Winding completed cable onto large spools
- Transporting materials using carts
- Performing quality checks and product testing
- Meeting production targets and following specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
- CSA‑approved steel‑toed boots
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting)
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Availability for day‑shift training (7:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday) for at least one week
