Coffee and donuts showed up at the office this week as an unexpected thank you, and it might be one of the sweetest surprises we’ve had in a while. ☕🍩

We often hear from candidates who appreciate our help along their career journey, but we rarely get thanked quite this deliciously!

A candidate who first connected with us years ago stopped by to say thanks after landing a new role. Our team has worked with them over the years, staying in touch, offering advice, and being a steady sounding board. This time, it all came together in a placement.

Moments like this are why we believe recruiting is about relationships, not transactions. S&W doesn’t just fill roles - we invest in people for the long haul and we hope that's one of the reasons that people come back to us!

Thank you for the treats, and congratulations on your new role! 🎉
