Is your business planning a major equipment upgrade or technology investment this year?
⠀
With the introduction of the Productivity Mega Deduction, Canadian corporations can potentially write off 100% of eligible assets in the year they become available for use. However, navigating CCA classes, arm’s-length acquisition rules, and excluded property categories is essential to ensure your claim holds up during a CRA audit.

What if you could write off 100% of your business equipment purchases in Year 1?
⠀
Instead of slowly deducting capital assets over 5, 10, or 20 years, the CRA’s newly proposed Productivity Mega Deduction rules allow eligible businesses to take an immediate full deduction on property acquired on or after September 15, 2026.
⠀
Whether you’re upgrading technology, purchasing new machinery, or expanding operational capacity, this policy shift can deliver massive upfront tax savings. Watch the video to learn more✔️

Curious about how the Canada Revenue Agency is handling Ukrainian FOP tax treaty claims for the 2025 tax year?
⠀
While our final data for previous years showed strong results, 2025 statistics are still actively forming. From immediate approvals to pending audit responses and formal Notices of Objection, every case goes through its own detailed verification path based on permanent establishment rules and individual facts.

What are your actual chances of passing a CRA review when claiming a tax treaty exemption for Ukrainian FOP income?🤔
⠀
Under the Canada–Ukraine Tax Convention, qualifying business income earned without a permanent establishment in Canada may be exempt from Canadian tax. While reporting worldwide income and applying a treaty deduction is a legitimate tax position, the CRA frequently reviews these claims to verify eligibility.
⠀
We analyzed the results of dozens of FOP tax review cases managed by our firm to see how the CRA is currently enforcing these rules. Watch the video to see our actual case results🔝
