TWO GROUPS OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

A. Searching for a group (as many as possible) of creative and handy volunteers to help with the folllowing (timing flexible but asap):

1. Helping us finish out bunny village (creating yard spaces with fencing to go around the homes and create tunnel stairs from hutch to yard for access...will need handy people to build and creative people to paint)!
2. Finish the turkey hang out
3. Building a goat playground (handy to build, creative to design)
4. Put up more roosting bars and laying boxes

B. Searching for 4 - 6 volunteers that would be available on Thursdays between 7am - 4pm (not the entire time...whichever hours you can make it for) weekly or biweekly to help with the following:

1. Horse & cow p**p
2. Cleaning rabbit hutches
3. Cleaning chicken coops
4. Picking up garbage that the wind may have blown around
5. Ensuring feed & medical room stays clean and organized
6. Helping to get set up for public openings and tours.

Of course you are welcome to cuddle, groom, play and spend time with the animals as well!

Dexter is set to be gelded on Monday, May 25th and is hoping you can help with the costs of the surgery and aftercare.

Dexter was the young man rescued last year from a wild herd culling. He was 6 months old at the time and has made himself a big part of the family here. He has worked hard and is ready for gelding in a safe and humane way.

Truffles and Pigpig are hoping to see you during volunteer week. Truffles LOVES belly scratches and Pigpig needs to get used to being around more people.

These 2 enjoy having their chickens with them but need your help keeping them safe at night with more boosting bars in the barn ♡

Well, we survived another one!

We are closed today for that long overdue sleep and to make sure we dont scare you with how we look right now.

1. Call or text insistently....we have no time but feel guilty not responding...one quick text is perfect...please dont be upset if we dont response
2. Post about what fun you have been having in the beautiful sunny weather...its hard enough sitting in an office staring at how nice it is and hearing about it from clients coming in... let's save that part for tomorrow shall we?
3. Come to the office and talk for more than 2 minutes...even that is more than we cam spare and we love talking with you and would rather be doing anything else but what we are supposed to be doing, so help us with that and keep any visits to drop off items above short...we promise we are VERY thankful and we will show better appreciation after the day is over ❤️
